Managed game backups are not included in the plan. Back up world saves, configuration files and any database to a separate location, and test restoration before updates. Contact support to clarify backup scope.

Yes. With full administrator access you can install the Oxide (uMod) or Carbon modding framework and use any plugins you like.
Facepunch releases a forced update on the first Thursday of every month. The map wipe is mandatory with this update, while the blueprint wipe is optional. Afterwards you need to update your server files with SteamCMD and upgrade your plugins to compatible versions.
RAM usage grows with map size and the number of structures players build. Maps of 3000–3500 are enough for most communities; for 4000 and larger maps we recommend plans with 16 GB or more.
