SPF and DKIM help authenticate email sent from your domain. DMARC checks alignment with the sender domain; these records do not guarantee inbox delivery.
1. Identify the sending service
Check whether you use cPanel mail or an external provider. Configure DNS using the values supplied by that service.
2. Validate DNS records
Inspect SPF and DKIM status in cPanel Email Deliverability. If authoritative DNS is hosted elsewhere, apply the suggested records there. Do not add a second SPF record without checking the existing one.
3. Monitor delivery
Inspect authentication results in test message headers. Tighten the DMARC policy only after verifying all legitimate senders. If delivery still fails, investigate bounce messages, IP reputation and recipient filtering.
